Areas of Focus

Where the experience comes from

Five themes that run through almost everything published on SCMIQEDGE.

01

Manufacturing Leadership

Running plant and production operations with a focus on safety, quality, throughput, and people — the fundamentals everything else is built on.

02

Supply Chain Transformation

Redesigning how demand, supply, and inventory decisions are made — moving from reactive firefighting to planned, data-informed operations.

03

Operations Excellence

Embedding structured problem-solving, standard work, and performance management so improvement becomes routine, not an event.

04

Leadership Development

Growing the next generation of operations and supply chain leaders through coaching, delegation, and deliberate exposure to hard decisions.

05

Continuous Improvement

Treating improvement as a continuous discipline — small, compounding changes sustained by culture rather than one-off projects.
